Preconstruction services are the preliminary planning and value engineering services that help our clients better understand the project before committing to any work being done. The preconstruction phase provides the construction team with a clear outline to follow during the job and educates the owner/client on the expected cost and what they will need to do to make their project functional. Our preconstruction planning stage involves performing a constructability review and analysis to define the project, identify potential issues, plan and schedule the scope, determine cost estimation, outline the logistics for completion, and qualify subcontractors.
