Vincent Weaver

Vincent is a Louisville, KY native with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Tuskegee University and a Master of Arts in Architecture from Hampton University. After graduating with his Masters, Vincent worked as an entry-level designer in Dallas, Virginia Beach, Miami, and Atlanta. He later transitioned into Facilities Management, serving as the Assistant Director of Facilities at Fort Valley State University, the Facilities Director at Alabama A&M University, and the Executive Director of Facilities at Howard University.

Vince joined CEO Mike Merideth and COO Andre Lewis as the President of VPG Construction in 2015. As the President, Vince has closed more than 40M in new projects, created full functioning estimating, preconstruction, and marketing teams, and secured strategic relationships with the City of New Orleans, Louisiana school parishes, and multiple private clients.

Vince is a member of Kappa Alpha Psi, Inc., the Society of American Military Engineers, the National Organization of Minority Architects, the AAPA: Leadership in Educational Facilities, the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP), the New Orleans Black Chamber of Commerce and the American Society of Healthcare Engineers.
